Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced EV Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team at BYD By JC Pte Ltd. As an EV Vehicle Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our growing electric vehicle customer base. This is a full-time role based in our Teban Gardens West Region facility. What you'll be doing Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, answering questions about EV vehicle maintenance, repairs, and services

Diagnose and troubleshoot EV-specific issues, and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality repairs

Liaise with customers to explain repair recommendations, estimated costs and timelines, and obtain their approval

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, vehicle service histories, and completed work

Stay up-to-date with the latest EV technologies, industry regulations, and best practices to provide customers with the most current information

Foster a positive customer experience and promote the company's reputation for excellence in EV service and support
