Responsibilities and assignments
- Act in benefits management, administering contracts, analyzing costs, and provider performance;

- Coordinate personnel administration activities, ensuring the stages of the hiring process, as well as terminations, vacations, and any processes within the area;

- Manage the termination process, ensuring analysis and validation by the impacted areas;
- Conduct the salary survey process and develop reports/KPI’s, with the objective of evaluating individual positioning, organizational competitiveness, as well as suggesting adequacy actions;
- Implement the job and salary plan and salary administration policy;
- Evaluate, propose, and approve with the headquarters the remuneration for new positions;
- Define pay scales and the organization's remuneration policy;
- Implement and disclose monthly indicators;
- Coordinate and support the preparation of management reports and reports for the headquarters;
- Support management in all Occupational Health and Labor Relations processes.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed higher education in Psychology, Administration, or related fields;
- Previous experience in HR leadership.
- Generalist experience in the subsystems of Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Labor Relations, and Internal Communication;
- Advanced English level for reading, writing, and conversation is mandatory;
- Availability for on-site work in Camaçari-BA.
