Responsibilities and assignments
Job Mission To act strategically and consultatively in labor relations, promoting a harmonious environment between the company, employees, and union entities, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and support for business decisions.
Responsibilities and Assignments
- Support and conduct interactions with union entities, participating in collective negotiations and contributing with analyses and proposals aligned with the company's strategy;
- Analyze employment contracts, agreements, and collective conventions, ensuring correct interpretation and application;
- Contribute to the development and improvement of labor relations policies, practices, and procedures;
- Monitor the implementation of collective agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with what was negotiated;
- Identify labor risks and propose preventive solutions, supporting decision-making;
- Act in the dissemination of knowledge through training and guidance on legislation, internal policies, and labor practices;
- Monitor updates in legislation and union trends, assessing impacts and proposing continuous improvements;
- Act as an internal partner to leadership, offering support and guidance on labor relations topics and current legislation;
- Support the evolution of the area's processes, seeking efficiency, organization, and adherence to market best practices.
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Solid previous experience in union negotiations;
- Solid knowledge of Labor Legislation;
- Previous experience with team leadership;
- Previous experience in the industrial area, preferably in the automotive area;
- Advanced level of English;
- Availability to work on-site in Camaçari/BA.
