Job Mission Act in the promotion of a safe and sustainable work environment, ensuring risk prevention, effective emergency management, and compliance with health and safety standards, contributing to the continuity and efficiency of industrial operations.

Responsibilities and Assignments

1. Act in industrial emergency management, supporting the response to incidents such as fires, leaks, and other critical situations, ensuring rapid and effective actions;
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures, with a special focus on fire prevention and fighting;
3. Perform risk assessments in operations and production processes, proposing improvements that increase safety and reduce exposure;
4. Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices;
5. Support the preparation and updating of emergency plans, strengthening the organization's response capacity;
6. Promote training and occupational safety awareness actions, encouraging a preventive culture among employees;
7. Act in incident analysis and the proposal of corrective and preventive actions;
8. Monitor safety indicators, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and area results.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering (with specialization in Occupational Safety), active registration in CREA;
2. Previous experience in occupational safety in an industrial environment, with experience in risk management and fire prevention;
3. Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), ABNT standards (NBR), and legislation applicable to safety in Brazil, especially in the state of Bahia;
4. Experience with industrial processes (such as stamping, welding, painting, and assembly) will be considered a differentiator;
5. Mandatory advanced English;
6. Good analytical capacity, sense of responsibility, performance in high-pressure scenarios, and a profile oriented toward safety culture;
7. Familiarity with EHS management systems and data analysis will be considered a differentiator.
