Mid-Level Training Analyst (Advanced English)
Work on the structuring, planning, and execution of training, focusing on operational onboarding, mandatory training, and continuous employee development. You will be responsible for conducting your activities with organization, autonomy, a sense of priority, and attention to deadlines, acting collaboratively with different areas and hierarchical levels, including international interface, in a dynamic environment with multiple demands.
Responsibilities and assignments Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with client areas, identifying knowledge and competency gaps;
Plan and execute onboarding and integration programs for new employees, especially for operational audiences; Plan, organize, and monitor mandatory and regulatory training, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements; Develop, adapt, and revise technical and behavioral training content, considering the needs of each audience; Plan and coordinate classes, instructors, schedules, rooms, materials, and other necessary resources; Physically monitor training actions under your responsibility, acting in the identification and solution of occurrences; Maintain control of activities, pending items, deadlines, and action plans, performing the necessary follow-ups with the involved areas; Communicate doubts, risks, delays, and impediments clearly and in a timely manner; Monitor participation, completion, and effectiveness of training; Monitor Training and Development indicators, preparing reports and analyses to support decision-making; Support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS); Ensure the control and updating of records and evidence of training conducted; Ensure training compliance with internal standards, legal requirements, NRs, and SGI guidelines; Support the definition and application of learning methodologies and effectiveness evaluation tools; Act as an internal multiplier, conducting training and capacity-building actions on the topics under your responsibility; Participate in meetings and alignments in English with the headquarters and other international teams; Receive directions and feedback professionally, transforming them into improvement actions; Identify opportunities and propose continuous improvements in processes, methodologies, and learning experiences; Act in partnership with HR, leadership, operational areas, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Requirements and qualifications Completed Higher Education in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Experience in Training and Development, working in the planning and execution of corporate training; Experience in the industrial segment; Experience with onboarding, integration of new employees, and mandatory training; Knowledge of learning methodologies, effectiveness evaluation, and content development; Knowledge of Regulatory Norms (NRs) and/or training related to legal compliance; Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS); Advanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings, prepare communications, and interact professionally with the headquarters in China; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Ability to prepare and analyze controls, indicators, and reports; Availability for 100% on-site work in Camaçari/BA.
