Mid-level Training Analyst - Division 11

Responsibilities and assignments

• Support the organization and monitoring of trainings related to NRs, including instructors, records, and certificates.
• Assist in the control and filing of training documents and data, according to internal procedures and applicable requirements.
• Monitor integration trainings and other development programs, such as TTT, apprentices, and managers.
• Support the organization of the training schedule and coverage, according to the area's demands.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education and experience in the Training and Development area.
• English at a level sufficient for use in the work environment.
• Experience with planning, organizing, and applying trainings.
• Knowledge of trainings related to NRs, including needs assessment, instructor qualification, organization, and certification.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and video editing and communication material tools.
• Availability to work in person in Camaçari/ba.
