Labor Relations Analyst

BYD Division 15 is responsible for manufacturing essential automotive components for the company's vehicles, operating with high-technology industrial processes, automation, and a focus on quality. As part of the Camaçari/BA factory operation, the division plays a strategic role in BYD's production chain, promoting innovation, operational efficiency, and manufacturing excellence to meet the company's global standards.

We are looking for a Labor Relations Analyst to act as a strategic partner to manufacturing operations, promoting a harmonious, organized work environment in compliance with labor legislation and the company's internal policies. The professional will be responsible for supporting managers and employees in labor relations routines, contributing to conflict management, the application of disciplinary measures, guidance to leadership, and the strengthening of Human Resources practices in the factory environment.

The position requires strong communication skills, an analytical profile, the ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment, as well as constant interaction with Brazilian and international teams, ensuring alignment with BYD's global standards and support for Division 15 operations.

Responsibilities and duties

• Monitor the routine of production areas, identifying labor risks and proposing preventive actions.
• Guide managers and leadership on the correct application of labor legislation, internal policies, and company procedures.
• Act in the prevention and mediation of labor conflicts in the operational environment.
• Perform analyses and issue opinions on situations related to working hours, time tracking, overtime, shifts, vacations, leaves of absence, and other labor topics.
• Support internal investigations related to disciplinary and labor issues.
• Ensure the correct application of internal norms and current legislation in factory operations.
• Prepare reports, indicators, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Act in conjunction with the Human Resources, Legal, Occupational Safety, and Operations areas.
• Monitor changes in labor legislation and support the implementation of necessary adjustments. Participate in projects aimed at process improvement and the mitigation of labor risks.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related areas.
• Experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Personnel Department, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT) and personnel administration routines.
• Experience in employee service and support to production leadership.
• Knowledge of disciplinary processes, conflict management, and labor compliance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication, organization, analytical capacity, and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Advanced English (reading, writing, and conversation).
• Availability to work on-site in Camaçari/BA.
