Define and operationalize talent attraction strategies aligned with business needs (Administrative and/or Operational).2. Align demands with areas and plan selection processes.3. Conduct all stages of recruitment, from opening the vacancy to hiring.4. Ensure the application of effective candidate evaluation methodologies.5. Act as a partner to the areas, ensuring profile alignment and a good candidate experience.6. Strengthen diversity and inclusion actions.Requirements and qualificationsRequirements1. Completed higher education in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, HR Management, or related areas.2. Intermediate/advanced English (required).3. Experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.4. Experience with ATS tools and candidate evaluation methodologies.5. Availability for on-site work in Camaçari/BA.6.
