Responsibilities and assignments
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, register, and analyze complaints and non-conformities reported by customers, ensuring correct documentation of occurrences.
- Conduct root cause analysis and define responsibility for components or processes, directing demands to the responsible areas for handling.
- Monitor the progress of corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Validate the effectiveness of corrective actions through technical analysis, tests, and monitoring of quality indicators.
- Prepare management reports and present the status of occurrences, indicators, and action plans to the Quality Supervisor and/or Manager.
- Participate in internal and external audits, including supplier audits, contributing to process compliance and supply chain development.
- Act as an interface between customers, suppliers, and internal areas, ensuring efficient communication and structured resolution of non-conformities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, using quality tools to reduce failures, increase product reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automotive, or related areas), Administration, Quality Management, or related courses.
- Advanced or fluent English, with oral and written communication skills for interaction with global teams.
- Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, After-sales, or related areas, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of quality tools, such as 8D, PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
- Experience in managing and monitoring non-conformities, corrective action plans, and quality indicators.
- Experience in customer service, complaint handling, quality audits, and supplier interfacing will be considered a differentiator.
- Valid Category B driver's license and availability for travel, when necessary.
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile, with good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
