Jr Process Analyst - Division 11

Responsibilities and assignments

• Support the process areas of Montagem Final, Estamparia, or Geometria (Centro Técnico – Divisão 11)
• Monitor and analyze production, quality, and process efficiency indicators
• Support the identification of continuous improvement opportunities on the production line
• Assist in solving process problems, focusing on root cause analysis
• Contribute to the standardization of processes and work instructions
• Support the implementation of process, layout, and production flow improvements
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, among others)
• Provide support in testing and validation of processes and new products
• Prepare reports and support technical analyses of productive processes
• Act in interface with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics areas
• Support process audits and ensure compliance with established standards

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed degree in Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Automação, Produção, or related areas;
• Advanced English;
• Knowledge of Mandarim will be considered a differentiator;
• Extracurricular experience will be considered a differentiator;
• Availability for on-site work in Camaçari/Ba.
