Business Analyst

Job opening for the Operations team of the Automotive Components Factory.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Perform the registration, maintenance, and updating of material master data in SAP and WMS systems, ensuring information integrity across purchasing, MRP, factory, sales, and other applicable modules.
• Administer and maintain customer registrations in the SAP system, ensuring the correct parameterization of commercial, tax, and financial information.
• Request payments related to materials and monitor the approval and settlement flow with the responsible areas.
• Create and manage sales orders, delivery orders, and shipping requests in the WMS system.
• Validate tax and fiscal information for the issuance of internal invoices and other documents related to commercial operations.
• Perform periodic account reconciliations with customers, analyzing discrepancies, identifying financial inconsistencies, and monitoring collection processes.
• Prepare operational reports and performance indicators, supporting decision-making for business areas.
• Act as an interface between Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain areas, ensuring correct process execution and information flow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related areas.
• Experience with administrative, commercial, financial, or logistical processes.
• Knowledge of SAP (modules related to material registration, sales, customers, or logistics).
• Experience with WMS systems.
• Knowledge of tax processes, billing, and account reconciliation.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel.
• Availability to work on-site in Camaçari/BA.
• Advanced English required (reading, writing, and conversation);
