Mid-Level Payroll Analyst (Intermediate English)

Responsibilities and assignments
Main Responsibilities
- Execute and verify payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation.
- Manage the administration of admission, vacation, leaves of absence, contractual changes, and terminations processes.
- Calculate and validate payroll events, such as salaries, vacations, terminations, benefits, overtime, premiums, and other movements.
- Verify and validate electronic timekeeping information, shifts, workdays, absences, and time banks.
- Support monthly payroll closings, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the processed information.
- Prepare and validate ancillary obligations, including eSocial, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, and other legal routines.
- Maintain updated employee records and documentation related to personnel administration.
- Participate in implementation projects, continuous improvement, and optimization of payroll systems and processes.
- Prepare reports and indicator analyses to support decision-making.
- Provide service and support to employees and managers on topics related to payroll, vacations, terminations, timekeeping, and personnel administration.
- Act in partnership with internal areas and external suppliers to ensure the efficiency of payroll operations.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Payroll and Personnel Administration, with mastery of labor and social security legislation, payroll closing, eSocial, and labor charges.
- Experience with payroll systems, electronic timekeeping, and HR tools; knowledge of SAP, Senior, TOTVS, ADP, or similar is a differentiator.
- Experience in large companies, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing segment, working with multiple CNPJs and participating in implementation projects or process and system improvements.
- Intermediate Excel and intermediate English for reading and understanding documents and corporate communications.
- Analytical profile, organized, with attention to detail and good interpersonal relationship skills.
