Senior Culture, Climate, and Engagement Analyst (Advanced English)

Responsibilities and assignments

Job Description Act in the promotion of a positive, engaging organizational environment aligned with the company culture, leading initiatives for climate, care, and employee well-being. You will be responsible for managing corporate projects and events, developing care and climate policies, as well as managing purchasing and suppliers related to Human Resources initiatives, contributing to an increasingly better experience for employees.

Responsibilities and assignments Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate large-scale corporate events, such as Easter, Festa Junina, Christmas, and sports championships, ensuring quality, engagement, and budget control. Develop innovative formats for events and actions that promote integration, belonging, and engagement among multicultural teams. Elaborate, structure, disseminate, and monitor the application of policies and guidelines related to care, well-being, and organizational climate. Collect and analyze employee feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement in the work environment and in care and well-being initiatives. Develop communication channels and strategies to increase perception, participation, and employee recognition regarding company initiatives. Lead purchasing processes related to the Human Resources area, including the acquisition of uniforms, furniture, facilities, and equipment for living, leisure, and sports spaces. Manage administrative purchases and office supplies for the department, ensuring inventory control, costs, and supplier management. Act in an integrated manner with different areas of the company, conducting negotiations and ensuring the efficient execution of projects and initiatives. Monitor indicators, results, and the budget of the actions under your responsibility, proposing continuous improvements.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements and qualifications Completed Higher Education in Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, or related fields. Experience in Organizational Climate, Corporate Culture, Actions, and Corporate Events. Experience in large companies, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or automotive segments. Fluent English, with the ability for daily communication and the preparation of corporate reports. Mandarin will be considered a differentiator. Experience with project management, corporate events, suppliers, and purchasing processes. Knowledge of budget control and management. Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to act collaboratively in a multicultural environment with constant interaction between different areas.
