Attraction and Selection Analyst - Division 11

Responsibilities and duties

• Conduct end-to-end selection processes, from profile alignment with managers to the finalization of the hiring.
• Perform job postings, resume screening, individual and collective competency-based interviews, application and analysis of behavioral and technical assessment tools, when applicable.
• Prepare candidate reports and provide structured feedback to managers.
• Act in monitoring recruitment indicators, ensuring compliance with deadlines, SLAs, and hiring quality.
• Support talent attraction actions, relationship management with consultancies, partner institutions, and recruitment platforms.
• Ensure process compliance with internal policies, diversity practices, ethics, LGPD, and current labor legislation.
• Support continuous improvement projects for the R&S area and corporate initiatives related to talent attraction and selection.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related areas.
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection, conducting end-to-end selection processes.
• Experience with competency-based interviews and use of recruitment systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Experience interfacing with managers and business areas, as well as working in dynamic environments with high hiring volumes.
• Good verbal and written communication, analytical capacity, organization, deadline management, interpersonal relationships, negotiation and influence, business vision, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Advanced English for conversation.
