Warehouse & Logistic Project Specialist - Chinese Speaking (Battery Division)

Your tasks

1.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle—including requirement planning, review, development tracking, deployment, optimization, and maintenance—for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), while investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies caused by system abnormalities. 2.Lead the planning, deployment, optimization, and ongoing support of the Warehouse Control System (WCS) for automated warehouses, ensuring system stability and resolving related accounting discrepancies. 3.Oversee requirement planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Transportation Management System (TMS). 4.Coordinate system integration to drive automation, digitalization, and smart technologies across warehouse and logistics center operations. 5.Track project milestones and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, driving requirement reviews, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and system go-live to ensure timely delivery. 6.Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Warehouse & Logistics Planning, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in logistics project management, warehouse planning, or related business operations is highly preferred.
3. Proficient in Chinese, with the ability to use Chinese as a working language.
4. Basic programming skills and familiarity with relevant development/database tools.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Strong data analysis, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
