Draftsman (Sales Division)

-Review and prepare shop drawings based on design drawings and project requirements. -Prepare, revise, and maintain SketchUp models and construction drawings. -Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency. -Coordinate with site teams, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to resolve drawing conflicts and improve constructability. -Review design details and identify drawing discrepancies before construction. -Develop and update standard drawings, drawing templates, and related documentation. -Provide drawing-related technical support and assist project teams in resolving problems. -Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with company standards and project requirements. -Maintain drawing records and support document control processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in drafting and shop drawing preparation. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp is preferred. Good understanding of construction drawings and coordination processes. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
