Restaurant Outlet Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Hospitality/Tourism/Culinary preferred).
• Experience as a restaurant manager (minimum 3-5 years in a related field).
• Understanding of Restaurant Operational Management and First-Class Service.
• Strong leadership skills, people management skills, and high commitment.
• Neat, clean, polite appearance, and communicative.
• Willing to work on holidays and shifts.

Job Description:

• Ensure the completeness of utensils in the outlet.
• Manage loading, ordering, and storage of goods.
• Ensure all staff adhere to grooming standards and handle waiting list guests according to procedures.
• Ensure that the Service Area, Kitchen, Outdoor, and General Cleaning are conducted according to regulations.
• Resolve complaints thoroughly.
