- About the Vacancy
We have an open opportunity in the BackOffice Offshore vertical of the Operations area to act as a technical and operational reference in offshore structures, focusing on illiquid, structured products, and Loans, in an international and high-complexity environment.
#Responsibilities
Process Capital Calls and Distributions of the funds
Control cash and financial flows
Validate and monitor operations and settlements
Perform position reconciliation with custodians and portfolio reconciliation with the Administrator
Provide operational support to Loans, and act alongside the Fiduciary Administrator in the structuring and monitoring of contracts
Support internal and external audits
Design, implement, and evolve operational controls, ensuring process robustness, risk mitigation, and support for management decision-making.
Coordinate operations with global custodians, including international jurisdictions (e.g., Ireland)

#Job Requirements
Academic Background | Completed Higher Education in administration, economics, and engineering
Language | Fluent English
Previous Experience | 6+ years of experience in assets, investment funds, administrators, or custodians, with knowledge in:
Acting in the offshore market;
Illiquid products, especially Private Equity, and also liquid products
Interacting with management, fiduciary administrator, custodians, and audit
