Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support company objectives and sustainable business growth.
• Promote a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous learning across all organizational levels.
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent.
• Drive employee development through structured training programs, coaching, and career progression planning.
• Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems to ensure accountability, productivity, and measurable results.
• Serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to leadership by providing effective HR solutions aligned with business goals.
• Balance employee well-being with organizational priorities while safeguarding company interests.
• Oversee employee relations, regulatory compliance, and conflict resolution processes in a fair, consistent, and efficient manner.
• Initiate and implement programs that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and core value alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
