Chief Accountant

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Chief Accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting princip and tax regulations
• Experience with financial reporting and audit processes
• Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate systems preferred)
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement financial policies

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including bookkeeping, tax, and financial reporting
• Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws
• Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets
• Lead the accounting team and coordinate with external auditors
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions
• Optimize accounting processes and systems
