We're recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join a friendly and supportive business in Kendal, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. The Role You'll play a key role in supporting the finance team by: Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email Managing customer accounts and resolving payment queries Allocating cash and reconciling accounts Maintaining accurate customer records Providing general administrative support to the finance department Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues About You Previous experience in Credit Control and Administration Strong communication and customer service skills Good attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office and finance systems Available to start immediately What's on Offer?
