E-Commerce and Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
- Process online orders and coordinate with warehouse, production and delivery teams for timely fulfilment.
- Update product listings, images, prices, stock availability and promotions.
- Handle customer enquiries, order changes, feedback and after-sales support across online channels.
- Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Work with internal teams to improve customer service and support daily e-commerce administration.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Retail, or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Strong communication and customer service skills applied in online retail contexts
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
