Sales Director - Engineering and Construction Solutions

Your tasks

We are looking for a Sales Director with experience in B2B sales and business development to drive the company's commercial growth. The selected person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, managing project follow-ups, and coordinating commercial and technical solutions tailored to each client's needs.

• Develop and expand the client portfolio through prospecting and commercial visits.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up with current and potential clients.
• Gather information on projects and client needs to coordinate solutions with the engineering team.
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on quotes and commercial proposals.
• Record and keep commercial opportunities and activities updated in the CRM system.
• Provide guidance and advice on the solutions and services offered.
• Manage negotiations, sales closures, shipments, and client requests.
• Collaborate in collections management and account follow-up when necessary.

Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, business development, or similar commercial roles.
• Experience in sectors such as construction, engineering, industrial equipment, construction materials, equipment rental, or related services will be valued.
• Experience in prospecting, management, and development of client portfolios, preparation and follow-up of quotes, and sales closing.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Intermediate level of English, with the ability to understand information and technical terminology.
• Reside in Punta Cana or nearby areas.
