Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2–4 years of relevant work experience in operations, team leadership, or supervisory roles.
Experience in managing employees, monitoring performance, and achieving operational targets.
With experience in BPO or customer service operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to analyze performance reports and implement process improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
