Your tasks

We are experiencing a growth stage and want to incorporate a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer into the team to work on a stable technological project, assuming a key role as a technical reference within a continuously evolving service.

🔎 What will your mission be? We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer profile who will become the technical point of reference for an ongoing service, combining solid hands-on experience with the ability to coordinate and technically support the rest of the team.

You will have a transversal vision of the service, participating in both technical and operational supervision as well as coordination with other involved technological teams.

You will work in an ecosystem based on Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code, contributing to ensuring the stability, automation, and correct evolution of platforms and deployment processes.

🎯 What will you do in your day-to-day?

• Act as the point of contact and technical reference for the service.
• Supervise the activities developed by the team from both a technical and operational perspective.
• Coordinate with other technical teams involved in the evolution and integration of the platform.
• Design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for the automation of integration and deployment processes.
• Implement and maintain Continuous Deployment strategies through GitOps.
• Manage deployments using ArgoCD and Helm.
• Apply best practices for the deployment and operation of containerized applications.
• Work with Kubernetes platforms, in both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Participate in the administration and evolution of infrastructures on Microsoft Azure.
• Manage infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Provide technical support for the integration of different middleware components.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to systems, storage, communications, infrastructure, and platforms.
• Contribute to the definition and application of DevOps, automation, and operation best practices.

Requirements

• Senior experience in DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer or similar positions.
• Experience with OpenShift.
• Experience acting as a technical reference or technically coordinating teams and services.
• Solid experience in CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Experience working with GitOps deployment models (ArgoCD and Helm).
• Experience with Kubernetes in managed cloud environments, especially AKS and/or EKS.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Experience deploying and operating containerized applications.
• Transversal knowledge of operating systems, storage, and networks.
• Ability to understand and support the integration of different middleware components.
• Ability for technical communication with different teams and stakeholders.
• Autonomy, analytical capacity, and problem-solving orientation.
• English level B2+ - C1 Conversational.
