Are you passionate about the administration and evolution of large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments? We are looking for an EMEA Run Tribe Engineer to join an international team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of critical infrastructure services in the EMEA region.
Your tasks
What will your mission be? You will be part of a team in charge of the operation, maintenance, and improvement of critical infrastructures, ensuring SLA compliance, the correct execution of changes, vulnerability remediation, and the delivery of high-quality services for different business areas.
Your main responsibilities ✅ Maintain the SLAs of the infrastructure under your responsibility. ✅ Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow. ✅ Execute patching and vulnerability remediation activities. ✅ Implement changes in supported infrastructures. ✅ Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives. ✅ Design, build, and operate enterprise infrastructure solutions. ✅ Collaborate with global teams to ensure the stability and availability of services.
Requirements
🔹 VMware ESXi 🔹 Windows Server & Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 🔹 Cisco Switching 🔹 Active Directory 🔹 Qualys 🔹 Skyhigh
We are looking for professionals with
- +5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
- Experience in virtualization, storage, and Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise hardware (Dell, HPE, Fujitsu).
- Experience in scripting and automation.
- Fluent English.
- Analytical capacity and problem-solving orientation.
Valuable ⭐ Experience in monitoring, alerting, and high availability. ⭐ Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and DevOps. ⭐ Experience in infrastructure security. ⭐ Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, Security certifications or equivalents.
