Data Architect Lead

🚀 We are looking for a Senior Data Architect | Data Governance & AI!

We are looking for a senior professional specialized in data architecture, modeling, quality, and data governance to participate in an international Data & AI transformation project within the insurance sector.

The objective will be to help define the data requirements and standards necessary to deploy artificial intelligence solutions across different entities of an international group.

🔎 What will your responsibilities be?

• Analyze and document data requirements alongside business and technology stakeholders.
• Work on data architecture, modeling, information flows, APIs, and data platforms.
• Define requirements for data quality, governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in maturity assessments and data readiness for the adoption of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with international Data Governance, Data Architecture, and AI teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, monitoring reports, and improvement recommendations.

🎯 What are we looking for?

✅ Minimum 8 years of demonstrable experience in data architecture, modeling, and management.

✅ Experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Compliance, and data security.

✅ Knowledge of data architectures, data flows, APIs, and data platforms.

✅ Fluent English, both spoken and written.

⭐ We will especially value:

• Data Products and Data Mesh.
• Artificial intelligence and Generative AI.
• Experience in the insurance sector, especially Claims and Underwriting.
• Knowledge of the ACORD standard.
• Experience in international and complex environments.

📍 Hybrid modality: minimum onsite presence of 2 days per week, with an expected average of 3 days depending on project needs.

Advanced English: minimum B2 (Indispensable).
