Warehouse Operator

📦 Warehouse Operator 🛠️ Job Responsibilities Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents .

Store materials in designated locations according to FIFO/FEFO requirements and specified storage conditions.

Issue raw materials, packaging materials and consumables according to production and order requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and promptly highlight low-stock situations or material shortages .

Perform regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.

Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials and stock variances .

Maintain proper inventory records and support smooth material flow for production operations.

Follow workplace safety procedures, housekeeping standards and company policies.

👤 Job Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment will be an added advantage.

Willing to work rotating / odd shift hours .

Experience handling raw materials, inventory control or production support is preferred.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar inventory management systems will be an advantage.

Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Responsible, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
