Temporary Officer, ACPED - Kim Keat Road

Location : Kim Keat Road Job Title: Temporary Officer, ACPED (12-Month Contract)

Salary :

• Degree: $22.23 per hour

Contract Duration :

• 12 months (Commencing October 2026)

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Five-day work week (Office-based)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims, event applications and provider accreditation.
• Process ad hoc Practising Certificate (PC) applications.
• Manage the enquiry mailbox, Feedback Management System and telephone enquiries, and attend to walk-in enquiries on CPE and PC-related matters.
• Raise IT issues encountered and follow up with the IT vendor.
• Assist in testing for CPE and PC matters in preparation for onboarding to the new Professional Registration System in 2027.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree qualification.
• Proficient in written and spoken
• Ability to read, write and communicate in Chinese, as the role is required to handle Chinese-language enquiries, correspondence and documents from Chinese-speaking healthcare professionals and members of the public.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
