Principal
💰 Salary: $4,000 – $5,000/month 📄 Employment: Full-Time 🏥 Setting: Geriatric Clinic + Community / Home Care
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing and Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments (CGA) for elderly patients.
- Perform clinical procedures including blood taking, injections/vaccinations, wound care, catheterisation, health screening and ECG monitoring .
- Support doctors and manage elderly patients with dementia, frailty, falls, osteoporosis and chronic conditions .
- Conduct home visits and provide patient/caregiver education on medications, care plans and disease management.
- Coordinate patient care, maintain accurate medical/clinical records and support smooth daily clinic operations.
Core Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Registered Nurse registration – Mandatory
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in Geriatrics, Palliative Care, Community Nursing or Home Care highly preferred
- Comfortable working with elderly patients and conducting home visits ; dialect-speaking ability is an advantage.
