Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Research potential customers across key industries such as Retail (Beauty), E-commerce, Healthcare, and Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Automotive.
- Identify and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Conduct initial outreach and appointment-setting activities.
- Assist in following up on leads and customer enquiries.
Customer& Market Intelligence
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Track industry trends, customer movements, and potential business opportunities.
- Support the team in preparing customer meeting materials and presentations.
Client Management Support
- Coordinate customer meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain and update customer-related records and activity trackers as required.
Sales Administration
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity trackers.
- Maintain prospect and customer databases.
- Support general administrative activities for the Sales & Client Management team.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business,Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Organized and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable supporting different tasks as required.
- Prior administrative, sales support, or customer service experience would be an advantage.
