Production Operator （4/3/3/4 per week)no weekends

【Job Responsibilities】

• Equipment Operation: Operate various semiconductor manufacturing and testing equipment, including Wafer Testers/Probers, Die Testers, Sorters, Dicing, Grinders, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems, and Auto/Manual Wafer Mounters.
• Inspection & Cleaning: Learn and proficiently use visual inspection microscopes. Responsible for cleaning surface contamination on chips and performing accurate chip defect inspections.
• Equipment Maintenance & Improvement: Maintain normal machine operations and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM). Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations for continuous equipment improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Strictly control product quality to ensure all shipped products fully meet quality standards and requirements.

【Job Requirements】

• Minimum NITEC qualification. At least 1 year of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred, but highly motivated fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Willing and able to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts (Day and Night).
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, which requires wearing full cleanroom attire (smock/bunny suit) and standing for extended periods as required by operations.
• Familiar with the cleanroom working environment and strict adherence to 6S methodology.
• Strong basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT). Basic knowledge or experience in Python will be a strong advantage.
• Highly responsible with a positive working attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.
