Location : National Stadium (Nearest MRT: Stadium) Responsibilities Engage event visitors and introduce the benefits of The Kallang App and The Kallang Kaki membership. Explain on-site activations, including Fan Messaging, Premium WiFi, and exclusive member welcome perks available upon sign-up. Encourage visitors to download the app and register as members. Answer basic questions and provide friendly assistance throughout the activation. Create a welcoming and engaging experience while representing The Kallang brand professionally. Requirements Friendly, outgoing and confident communicators. Comfortable approaching and interacting with members of the public. Passionate about customer service and creating memorable event experiences. Reliable, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced event environment.
