Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B marketing and lead-generation campaigns focused on measurable sales results.
• Research new industries, market segments and potential customers to uncover business opportunities.
• Manage and improve the CRM/customer database , ensuring data accuracy and expanding prospect coverage.
• Analyse marketing and sales data to identify opportunities and support targeted sales actions.
• Engage customers directly and work closely with the Sales team to understand needs and convert insights into opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–6 years of marketing experience , preferably B2B.
• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution and sales-support marketing .
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills ; Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is advantageous.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging customers via phone, email and face-to-face .
• Proactive, analytical and results-driven , with strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership.
