JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on process machinery to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs to restore equipment functionality.

• Support machinery setup and commissioning activities to ensure equipment readiness for mass production.

• Identify and implement quality improvement and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and achieve production and performance targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, willing to work rotating shifts including morning and night shifts, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
