Lead/Senior BIM Coordinators

Salary: SGD 5,000 - 7,000 Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am to 6 pm Working Location: Alexandra Technopark Key Responsibilities •Lead the development and coordination of BIM models across multidisciplinary teams. •Manage BIM/CAD standards, templates, workflows, and quality control processes. •Support engineers by translating system designs into accurate models and drawings, including piping, equipment layouts, and utility connections. •Perform clash detection and model reviews to resolve design conflicts. •Deliver drawings, schematics, BIM models, and as-built documentation in accordance with project schedules. •Mentor BIM modelers and CAD designers, ensuring compliance with technical standards. •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project milestones. •Manage BIM datasets and support project BIM execution plans.
