Lead, Logistics & Expediting

📍 Labrador Park 💰 $9,000 – $12,000/month 🕘 Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm 🏗️ Semiconductor / EPCM Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Logistics leader to manage logistics execution, warehouse operations, material control and supplier expediting for semiconductor EPCM projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics execution across multiple EPCM projects .
• Develop project logistics plans and coordinate international/local transportation .
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, storage and material issuance.
• Track supplier manufacturing progress and expedite critical equipment/materials .
• Coordinate air, sea and land freight , customs clearance and shipping documentation.
• Manage material status, forecasting and traceability.
• Lead logistics personnel and drive KPIs and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• 10+ years of logistics / warehouse / supply-chain experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing logistics within EPC, EPCM or semiconductor projects .
• Experience supporting Base Build and Tool Hook-Up .
• Strong knowledge of international freight, customs clearance, warehouses and material control .
• Hands-on knowledge of supplier expediting, long-lead equipment, Incoterms and ERP systems .
• Experience with SAP, IFS or Oracle ; Primavera P6 exposure is relevant.
• Understands the full project-material lifecycle: supplier → manufacturing/expediting → freight → customs → warehouse → material control → construction site .
