IT / TECHNOLOGYSUPPORT – ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES
We are assisting our clients with ongoing recruitment for IT and Technology Support positions across Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the position, duties may include:
- Providing IT and technical support to users
- Assisting with hardware, software and system-related matters
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating where required
- Installing, configuring and maintaining IT equipment and applications
- Maintaining IT records and documentation
- Supporting system administration and user access management
- Assisting with IT projects, system upgrades and implementation activities
- Providing other technical support according to the assigned role
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines will be considered
- Relevant IT or technical support experience will be an advantage
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with relevant hardware, software or systems according to the position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and keep up with technology developments
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Monday to Friday, 5-day work week
- Work locations are island wide and will depend on the specific position
- Salary will be commensurate with the job scope, relevant qualifications, skills, experience and prevailing market rates
- Working hours and employment duration will vary according to the specific position
