Head of Projects – F&B / Retail Development

📍 Central Singapore 💰 $5,000 – $8,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus 🕘 Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm

We are seeking an experienced Project & Renovation leader to manage the development and upkeep of a portfolio of physical outlets.

This position is ideal for someone who can independently take a project from initial site planning and design coordination through contractor appointment, renovation, approvals and final opening .

🏗️ What You'll Handle

• Take ownership of new outlet renovations and improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Work with overseas design partners , landlords and internal operations teams to develop practical site designs.
• Coordinate design reviews and recommendations with senior management.
• Source quotations, assess proposals and negotiate with renovation contractors .
• Keep projects on track across cost, schedule, workmanship and operational readiness .
• Coordinate required licensing and approvals following completion of works.
• Manage maintenance requirements and repairs across existing HQ and restaurant locations .

🎯 Who We're Looking For

• Solid background in renovation, interior fit-out or project delivery .
• Relevant exposure to restaurants, F&B, retail, hospitality or commercial spaces is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable managing design consultants, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders .
• Commercially aware with experience reviewing quotations, specifications and project costs .
• Good understanding of local renovation approvals / licensing processes .
• Able to translate operational requirements into functional and practical spaces .
• ⭐ Strong advantage: Proven track record delivering multiple outlet openings or renovation projects from concept/design stage through to handover and operational launch .
