Head, Logistics & Expediting (Semicon)

📍 Labrador Park 💰 $10,000 – $17,000 / month 🕘 Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm 🏗️ Semiconductor / EPCM Projects

We are seeking a senior Logistics & Expediting leader to establish and lead logistics strategy for major semiconductor and advanced-manufacturing projects across Asia, Europe and the US .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall global Logistics & Expediting function and develop logistics strategy, governance and KPIs.
• Oversee international freight, customs, warehousing, material control, supplier expediting and site logistics .
• Develop logistics solutions for Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) / modular fabrication .
• Drive timely delivery of critical and long-lead equipment/materials for Base Build and Tool Hook-Up projects.
• Manage logistics partners, freight forwarders, warehouses and contractors while optimising cost and delivery performance.
• Build, mentor and develop the logistics organisation and work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management and Construction.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related discipline; Master's/MBA advantageous.
• At least 10 years in leadership within EPC/EPCM or semiconductor environments .
• Proven semiconductor project exposure covering Base Build and Tool Hook-Up .
• Strong global logistics experience across Asia, Europe and US .
• Deep expertise in international freight, customs/trade compliance, warehousing, supplier expediting and material control .
• Knowledge of OSM/modular construction, Incoterms 2020 and ERP systems such as IFS/SAP/Oracle .
• Personally led logistics/material functions for large semiconductor EPC/EPCM projects , ideally including Base Build, Tool Hook-Up and OSM.
