Location:Pioneer (Walking distance from Gul Circle MRT Station) Workinghrs: Mon to Thur – 8.30am to 6pm; Fri – 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alt Sat – 8.30am to12.30pm CustomerService Assistant (3 mths) Salary:$2760 JobDuties OPERATIONS Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations Perform documentation for order processing activities Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with Perform system receipt of cargoes Validate documentations and escalate non-conformities Identify operational shortfall and escalate CUSTOMERSERVICE Manage appropriate mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services Prepare reports for customers and operation Perform billing process JobRequirements PC literate Experience in warehousing and logistics will be an advantage Able to start work immediately EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
