💰 Salary: $4,000 – $5,500/month 📄 Employment: Full-Time 🏥 Setting: Specialist Eye Clinic
Key Responsibilities
- Perform refraction for adults & children , including spectacle/contact lens prescription and myopia management.
- Conduct clinical eye investigations using OCT, Visual Field Testing, Biometry and other ophthalmic equipment .
- Perform pre & post-operative assessments , including biometry and IOL calculations.
- Assist eye doctors during examinations/procedures and coordinate patients for surgery and follow-up care .
- Support patient care, optical inventory and community vision screenings; guide junior optometrists/interns where required.
Core Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Optometry – Mandatory
- Full OOB Registration – Mandatory
- 2–5 years of clinical optometry experience
- Must be independently competent in OCT + Visual Field Testing + Biometry
- Comfortable working with paediatric & elderly patients and rotating between clinic locations/community screenings.
