Clinic Operation Executive - Eye Surgery

About the role This is a hands-on clinical role supporting patients throughout their surgical journey — from pre-operative assessment and diagnostics through surgery coordination and post-operative follow-up. Key responsibilities Perform ophthalmic diagnostic investigations including Biometry, OCT, Visual Field Testing and Corneal Topography

Conduct and coordinate pre-operative assessments and ensure required investigations are completed

Manage the surgical workflow including surgery bookings, documentation, consent forms and pre-operative requirements

Coordinate closely with ophthalmologists and clinical teams on surgical cases

Support patients with insurance coverage, pre-authorisation, estimated costs and surgical billing matters

Conduct post-operative follow-up and escalate clinical concerns when necessary

Take ownership of assigned surgical cases from pre-op through post-op care
