About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Lead / BIM Coordinator to support major industrial and process utility projects involving piping, equipment and utility systems.
This is an opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to take ownership of BIM coordination, model development, technical drawings and multidisciplinary coordination , working closely with engineers, project teams, contractors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate BIM modelling and CAD activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain BIM models, drawings and technical documentation for industrial projects.
- Coordinate piping, equipment layouts and process utility systems .
- Review BIM models and drawings to identify clashes, design conflicts and coordination issues .
- Manage BIM/CAD standards, templates, workflows and quality control.
- Translate engineering designs into accurate BIM models and construction drawings .
- Prepare drawings, schematics, BIM models and as-built documentation .
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors and Clients to meet project requirements and milestones.
- Manage BIM data and support implementation of BIM Execution Plans .
- Provide guidance and technical support to BIM Modelers and CAD Designers .
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications and technical standards.
