BIM Lead – Process Utility Systems

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM/CAD activities across multidisciplinary industrial utility projects
• Develop and manage BIM models, drawings and technical documentation for piping, equipment layouts and utility systems
• Establish and maintain BIM/CAD standards, templates, workflows and quality control processes
• Prepare and deliver drawings, schematics, BIM models and as-built documentation according to project schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors and clients to meet project milestones
• Mentor BIM modelers and CAD designers to ensure compliance with project and technical standards
• Manage BIM data and support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
• Proven experience in BIM/CAD leadership within industrial, utility, water treatment or process plant projects
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, equipment layouts and multidisciplinary coordination
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
• Familiar with ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, high-tech manufacturing or advanced industrial facilities
• Knowledge of Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), Chemical & Slurry, Wastewater Treatment (WWT) or Gas Systems
• Understanding of cleanroom utilities, process piping and industrial infrastructure
