📢 Associate Director, Marketing & Lifestyle Programming 📍 Singapore – Central / Sentosa Area 💼 Permanent | Senior Marketing Role

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to drive the brand and commercial strategy for a premium lifestyle hospitality destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall brand strategy, marketing calendar and commercial campaigns .
• Drive F&B revenue, reservations, visitation and guest engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, CRM and paid media .
• Develop events, lifestyle partnerships, collaborations and brand activations .
• Lead the marketing team and partner closely with Operations, Culinary, Beverage and Creative teams .

Key Requirements

• 7–10 years' experience in brand, marketing or commercial leadership.
• Strong background in hospitality, F&B, hotels, lifestyle, consumer or luxury brands .
• Proven experience across digital marketing, PR, partnerships, events and integrated campaigns .
• Strong commercial mindset — able to translate marketing strategy into measurable revenue/business results.
• Previous experience leading and developing a marketing team .
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, lifestyle, guest experience and brand positioning .
