Assistant Manager / Manager, Youth Courts
Responsibilities: Provide operational support in the Youth Court Registry and dual Court Operations, including criminal trials Support Judges in court proceedings, including arranging and confirming hearing dates, booking, and setting up courtrooms, coordinating language support services, and updating Judges’ calendars Process high-volume online applications accurately and within timelines Assist court users with applications and enquiries Handle day-to-day system requests, enquiries, and issues from government agencies, litigants, and members of the public Manage court fixtures and prepare weekly hearing/mention lists Maintain documents, databases, and systems (e.g. file classification, mail directives) to ensure accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with stakeholders such as MSF and SPF in the holistic management of cases Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant working experience Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team Strong customer service experience with members of the public and external stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in IT and related applications Able to work onsite daily Working hours: Mon to Thu : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Location: Havelock Square Contract Period: till end June 2027 EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
