Assistant Application Engineer (MNC, AWS, Monthly incentive up to $800/month)

1 year contract - Convertible Job Responsibilities Handle product and application enquiries from sales representatives and customers.

Provide product information, technical support and troubleshooting.

Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting.

Provide on-site customer support, including system setup, adjustment and fine-tuning.

Conduct post-sales product/application training for customers.

Prepare and update training manuals and technical documentation.

Support sales representatives during customer presentations when required.

Identify and implement improvements to enhance department efficiency.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned..
