Job Description
- Prepare construction drawings and technical drawings for Interior Fit-out works
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical documents
- Draw detailed drawings for built-in furniture and custom woodwork
- Revise and update drawings according to design changes, client requirements, and site conditions
- Create and update standard templates for drafting work
- Coordinate with the design team, project managers, and site teams
- Verify actual site dimensions and apply the information to the drawings
- Support drafting work and resolve technical and construction issues
- Systematically store drawings and project documents
- Deliver drafting work within the specified deadlines
Requirements
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in Interior Design or Draftsman roles
- Have a good understanding of interior decoration construction methods and the ability to perform quantity take-offs
- Be proficient in using AutoCAD
- Able to use English for work at an intermediate level
- Have responsibility in working and can work effectively with others in a team
