Main Mission
As part of the growth of the L’Oréalistar Canada platform, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the program at a local level and act as the main point of contact between internal teams, brands, and external partners.
This role combines strategy, project coordination, influencer marketing, and partner management. The person will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and evolution of the platform, while ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for content creators and brand teams.
Under the supervision of the Directrice A&I CDMO, you will work in close collaboration with several internal stakeholders as well as our platform partner ODORE.
What you will do
Platform Management and Evolution
Drive the strategy and evolution of the L’OréalistarCanada platform.
Collaborate with technical partners to optimize the user experience and platform functionalities.
Supervise gamification and creator engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the main point of contact between brands, internal teams, and external partners.
Ensure alignment between brand needs and platform capabilities.
Manage follow-ups, priorities, and escalations when necessary.
Operational Management and Performance
Supervise the animation calendar and content initiatives.
Ensure proper management of creators, the community, and bilingual communications (FR/EN).
Track platform performance KPIs and share key insights with stakeholders.
Governance and Compliance
Participate in the platform's budget management between different divisions.
Ensure compliance with standards related to IT security and data protection.
What we are looking for
Approximately 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital platforms, campaign management, or digital project coordination.
Experience in an agency, brand, or digital platform environment.
Excellent project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
Good understanding of digital platforms and user experience (UX).
Interest in the world of content creators and digital communities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Bilingualism French/English is essential.
